 SIB stands for Securities and Investment Board. It was reponsible for the authorisation and regulation of such companies until the formation of the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

    • Market Price
      The price of a financial instrument such as a stock, bond or commodity. There will usually be a spread between the buy and sell price and so the market price quoted will be the mid-price between the two.
